Einer der emotionalsten Momente von "Sing meinen Song" ist ohne Frage Xavier Naidoos Interpretation von "Amoi seg' ma uns wieder". "Es war eine lange Zeit ein trauriges Lied für mich, aufgrund dieser Geschichte", erklärt Andreas Gabalier. "Aber nach den Konzerten ist es ein total hoffnungsvolles Lied für mich geworden. Die Leute bedanken sich mit Tränen in den Augen beim Autogrammschreiben, weil sie Kinder bei Unfällen oder den Opa, weil das Leben vorbei ist, verlieren." Mit seiner gefühlvollen Interpretation trifft Xavier Naidoo die "Sing meinen Song"-Stars mitten ins Herz. Songgeber Andreas Gabalier und Sarah Connor lassen ihren Tränen schließlich freien Lauf. "Ich muss nie heulen", meint Andreas und umarmt Xavier nach dem Auftritt. "Ich weiß nicht, wann ich das letzte Mal geweint habe. Es war ein Wahnsinnsmoment in der Show! Danke dir."
