Method #4 This method opens System Properties with the Advanced tab. Launch the Start menu. You can find “View advanced system settings” by typing advanced system settings. Please click it. How to Create Windows 11 System Properties ShortcutFollow the steps below to create a System Properties shortcut on your Windows 11 desktop or the File Explorer. Right-click the desktop or File Explorer blank area. Hover the mouse over “New” in the context menu. Select “Shortcut.” Type sysdm.cpl in the “Create Shortcut” popup. Click the “Next” button.
